The Brief

An investor furnishing a Dubai Marina apartment for long-term rental wanted joinery that looked premium but survived tenants: a walk-in wardrobe, fitted kitchen cabinets, vanities, and a feature TV wall.

Our Approach

We surveyed the apartment, agreed durable finishes (laminate carcasses, spray-finished fronts, solid-surface counters), and produced shop drawings for approval before manufacturing. Installation was scribed to the apartment’s real walls — no gaps, no filler strips.
