Civil Supervisor
Supervise civil, fit-out and finishing activities while maintaining quality, safety and project schedules.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil and interior fit-out activities
- Coordinate workers, subcontractors and site resources
- Read and execute work according to drawings and BOQs
- Monitor workmanship, measurements and finishing quality
- Coordinate material requirements and site deliveries
- Maintain daily progress and site reports
- Ensure compliance with project safety requirements
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers and clients
- Identify site issues and support timely resolution
- Monitor snagging and handover completion
Preferred experience
- Relevant Civil Supervisor or Site Supervisor experience
- Interior fit-out, renovation or finishing experience preferred
- UAE site experience preferred
- Ability to read construction drawings and BOQs
- Strong workforce coordination skills
- Familiarity with quality and safety procedures
- Available in the UAE preferred
