Yes. The published prices are starting points for studios and one-bedroom apartments. Villas and larger apartments use exactly the same three package structures, priced to the actual area after the site visit.
Refresh is typically 1–2 weeks. Upgrade is typically 2–4 weeks. Transformation is typically 4–8 weeks. You get a specific date range in your quotation, and that is the date we work to.
Yes. We prepare the drawings and handle building management NOCs and any authority approvals your work needs, as part of the job rather than as your problem.
Usually, yes. Most of our renovations happen in occupied homes. We seal off work zones, control dust, schedule noisy work around your hours and building rules, and clean at the end of every day. For a full Transformation, some clients prefer to move out for the busiest weeks — we will tell you honestly which applies to your job.
